Job Title: Night Care Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Care Worker to provide high-quality care and support to our service users. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide wakeful night cover, ensuring the safety and well-being of our service users.
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Manage equipment needs and liaise with health professionals as required.
  • Maintain high standards of personal and environmental care.
  • Promote mental and physical activity, and handle emergency calls.

Requirements:

  • SVQ 3 in Social Care or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Flexibility to work on a rota basis, including weekends and evenings.
