We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Care Worker to join our team at CrossReach, a leading social care provider in Scotland. As a Night Care Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs of our service users are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide wakeful night cover to ensure the needs of our service users are met
- Act as a key worker, assisting with personal care and managing equipment needs
- Liaise with health professionals as required to ensure seamless care
- Maintain high standards of personal and environmental care
- Promote mental and physical activity to enhance the quality of life for our service users
Requirements:
- SVQ 3 in Social Care or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to work on a rota basis, including weekends and evenings
