We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Care Worker to join our team at CrossReach, a leading social care provider in Scotland. As a Night Care Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the physical, emotional, and social needs of our service users are met.
Key Responsibilities- Provide wakeful night cover to support the needs of our service users
- Assist with personal care, including managing equipment needs and liaising with health professionals as required
- Maintain high standards of personal and environmental care
- Promote mental and physical activity among service users
- Handle emergency calls and respond to any urgent situations
- SVQ 3 in Social Care or willingness to obtain it within a specified timeframe
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to work on a rota basis, including weekends and evenings
