About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Administrator and Office Manager to join our team at MedialakeAI. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Administration: Manage employee records, ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, and provide support with recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operation of our office, including maintenance of a well-organized workspace, management of office supplies, and coordination of company events.
  • IT Management: Provide technical support to employees, including configuration, training, and troubleshooting of IT systems.
  • Compliance and Safety: Maintain compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations, and ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HR administration or office management.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software, Hibob and Gusto is a bonus.
  • Proficiency in HRIS recruitment softwares, Workable is a bonus.
