Job Overview:

The Role of Sales VP at REalyse involves leading sales efforts to drive rapid growth. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will acquire new customers across the United Kingdom. The ideal candidate has experience in residential real estate development, investment, or lending and wants to transition into a technology career.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact, qualify, and negotiate with prospective REalyse customers.
  • Build a sufficient sales pipeline from both marketing-generated and self-generated opportunities.
  • Demonstrate product capabilities to illustrate matches to clients' business needs.
  • Negotiate and execute customer contracts that meet both REalyse and customer needs.
  • Provide accurate new- and long-term pipeline and sales forecasts.

Requirements:
  • Prospecting and new business acquisition skills.
  • Selling PropTech SaaS platforms in the UK.
  • Familiarity with financial appraisals for residential development & investment.
  • Experience with site sourcing and viability assessment.
  • Knowledge of investment/credit committees.
  • Ability to do online and in-person demos as part of the sales cycle.
  • Skills in contacting and negotiating with third parties and decision makers.

Benefits Package:
  • Estimated salary: £65,000 - £90,000 based on experience.
  • 10% commission per month.
  • 15% accelerator on anything above monthly target.
