The SaaS Sales Director for PropTech in London will be responsible for driving new customer acquisitions for REalyse. This role reports to the Sales Director and requires a strong background in residential real estate development, investment, or lending, with a desire to transition into the technology sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact, qualify, and negotiate with prospective REalyse customers across the UK to achieve rapid sales growth.
  • Utilize your experience in real estate to understand the challenges faced by developers, investors, and lenders in accessing quick and reliable information, and demonstrate how REalyse products can solve these issues.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets by selling REalyse Platform and API solutions, building a sufficient sales pipeline, and negotiating customer contracts.
  • Provide accurate new- and long-term pipeline and sales forecasts, based on candid and well-documented reviews of past and predicted sales activities.

Requirements:

  • Experience in prospecting and new business acquisition skills.
  • Experience in selling PropTech SaaS platforms in the UK.
  • Familiarity with financial appraisals for residential development & investment.
  • Experience with site sourcing and viability assessment.
  • Experience with investment/credit committees.
  • Ability to work independently and close deals.
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency with desktop technology, including Microsoft Office.
