Smart Sourcer is a leading PropTech business, and we're looking for an experienced sales professional to drive our growth forward.

As a Global PropTech Sales Lead, you will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and engaging with medium to large estate agencies across the UK. You'll need to have a deep understanding of the PropTech market, a strong network within the sector, and the ability to build relationships with key decision-makers.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Extensive experience in the PropTech market and estate agency sector
  • Strong network and sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to operate as a brand ambassador, adeptly discussing and selling a variety of PropTech products
  • Confident tracking and managing leads via CRM systems
  • A self-starter with outstanding communication skills and a confident manner

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the PropTech market, including key players and their associated tech products. They will also have a proven ability to work effectively with sales and marketing teams to build and execute lead generation strategies.

Salary: £80,000 - £85,000 (OTE £110,000) + benefits
