Strategic Land Specialist

**Job Overview**
We are looking for a skilled Town Planner to work on strategic land projects across the north of England and southern Scotland.
The Role:
- This position involves working closely with senior planners to prepare and implement planning strategies for portfolio sites.
- You will be responsible for preparing planning applications, promoting land through Local Plans, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful site delivery.
**Responsibilities and Skills:**
- Develop planning strategies in collaboration with senior staff members.
- Prepare planning applications and promote land through Local Plans.
- Manage site promotion strategies and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Conduct research and provide analysis to support the planning process.
- Travel to site visits and attend meetings as required.
**Requirements:**
- At least 2 years' experience in planning within housing.
- A degree accredited by the RTPI (or equivalent) in planning or a related field.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to travel.
- RTPI accreditation is desirable.
**Estimated Salary Range:** £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
