Compassionate Support Worker

We are seeking a Compassionate Support Worker to join our team and provide exceptional care to a child in the area.

About the Role:

This is a unique and deeply rewarding role where you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the life of a child and their family.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supportive Care: Provide emotional comfort, interaction, and support to the child during this challenging time.
  2. Palliative Care: Offer compassionate care in the child's final stages of life, providing comfort and support to both the child and family.
  3. Family Liaison: Build a trusting, positive relationship with both the child and their family.
  4. Care Coordination: Work closely with Care Coordinators and Nurse Managers to ensure the best possible care for the child.
