Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RMN or RNLD) to join our team in providing high-quality care to patients in the PICU service. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Salary: £41,475 - £44,648 per annum (£21.26 - £22.89 per hour)

Location: Nottingham

Job Description

About the Role:

  • You will work as part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to patients in the PICU service.
  • You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans, ensuring the highest standards of care.
  • You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • You will contribute to the maintenance of a safe and clean environment, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A valid NMC registration with no restrictions.
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in mental health nursing, preferably in an inpatient setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A flexible approach to working hours, including days, nights, and mixed shifts.
