RISE WORKFORCE SOLUTIONS LTD is an independent hospital providing innovative, quality care to patients in need. As a Deputy Ward Manager/Charge Nurse, you will provide senior nursing leadership to the ward nursing team in support of the Ward Manager.

The hospital offers assessment and treatment services to females with various mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, stress, PTSD, schizophrenia, and personality disorders. Our wards comprise a female psychiatric intensive care unit (PICU) and an acute ward for females, with a new 9-bed acute ward opening soon.

We offer a competitive salary of £43,134.00 - £46,433.92 and a £5,000 welcome bonus. You will have clinical expertise and leadership that provides confidence to the nursing team and ward overall. As a Deputy Ward Manager/Charge Nurse, you will have defined delegated responsibilities from the Ward Manager, protected time for management duties, and supervisory responsibilities for an agreed group of staff.
