About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Coordinator to join our team at Alarm Communications Limited. As a Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive the best possible customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Liaison: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Service Coordination: Coordinate and schedule service visits, ensuring that all necessary information is collected and documented.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, service visits, and other relevant information.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the service team to ensure that all service requests are met and that customers receive the highest level of service.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with software systems and practices, including cloud-based ERP systems.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a flexible and proactive approach to work.
