Alarm Communications Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Coordinator to join our team. As a Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services and providing exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer information and maintain accurate records in our cloud-based ERP system.
  • Monitor service agreements and ensure timely completion of visits as per contract.
  • Coordinate with engineers to schedule visits, collect parts, and complete paperwork.
  • Communicate with customers regarding scheduled visits and provide updates on service status.
  • Review engineer paperwork, identify areas for improvement, and escalate urgent issues to management.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Process purchase orders, works orders, and expenses for the engineering team.
  • Issue service records, certificates, and invoices to customers.
Requirements:
  • Proven customer support experience with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent phone handling skills, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with Windows software systems and practices.
  • Customer-oriented with the ability to adapt to different personalities and situations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
