Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Bank Chef to join our team at Trenewydd. You will work closely with our Home Manager, Nutritional Therapist, and staff to provide high-quality fresh food to our residents and others as required.
You will be responsible for:
- Meal Preparation and Service: Prepare, cook, and serve meals for residents and others in a timely manner, taking into account dietary requirements and preferences.
- Cultural Catering: Provide a varied diet catering for cultural preferences of our residents, ensuring that everyone feels valued and included.
- Celebrations and Events: Cater for celebrations and events within our Home, making every occasion special and memorable.
- Supply Management: Order supplies within budget guidelines, ensuring that we have everything needed to deliver excellent service.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of catering activities, adhering to HACCP guidelines.
