About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at Ty Bronllys School. As a Chef, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality food services to our students, while ensuring their dietary needs are met.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in kitchen management, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional culinary services. You will be responsible for planning, preparing, and serving healthy meals that cater to the diverse tastes and dietary requirements of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and prepare menus that meet the nutritional needs of our students.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety in the kitchen.
  • Lead a team of kitchen staff to ensure seamless meal service delivery.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage kitchen supplies effectively.
  • Liaise with external suppliers to source fresh produce and ingredients.
