About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Control Specialist to join our team at RAF Lakenheath, 48th Civil Engineer Squadron. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for inspecting and overseeing complex construction projects, acting as a technical consultant, and ensuring proper facility and equipment management.

Your duties will include inspecting facilities, utilities, equipment, and materials, maintaining and updating sustainment management systems, and compiling information into written inspection reports.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in construction inspection practices, including building materials, workmanship, and system installations, as well as knowledge of engineering principles for complex construction projects.

In addition, you must be familiar with safety practices in the construction industry, have a strong understanding of algebra, geometry, and trigonometry, and possess effective communication skills.

A valid CAT B driving license is required for this position. All successful applicants will require a security clearance and a right to work in the UK.
