Construction Cost Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Cost Analyst to join our team at R G Carter Construction, based at our Drayton office. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing and preparing construction costs, and providing support to the Pre-Construction team.
Key Responsibilities- Analyse and prepare construction costs, including preparing estimates and tenders.
- Undertake a range of administrative tasks, including data input and document control.
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations and contractor lists.
- Experience of working in a construction environment, preferably in estimating or pre-construction roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word and Excel.
