About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Control Specialist to join our team at CV-Library. As a key member of our Facilities Management team, you will be responsible for inspecting and overseeing complex construction projects, ensuring proper facility and equipment management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and monitor complex construction projects
  • Inspect facilities, utilities, equipment, and materials
  • Compile information into written inspection reports

You will need expertise in construction inspection practices, including building materials, workmanship, and system installations, as well as knowledge of engineering principles for complex construction projects.

About You:

Specialised experience or a combination of education and training in a relevant discipline is required. A valid CAT B driving license is also necessary.
