Construction Project Specialist

We are looking for a skilled individual with expertise in construction, installation, maintenance, repair, and demolition of buildings, structures, and facilities. As a Construction Project Specialist at RAF Lakenheath, you will be responsible for ensuring that all construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute construction projects from start to finish.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors, to deliver high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per annum
