Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as the Lead Youth Programmes Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with young people and contributing to their personal development.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Life Programme Manager in the organisation of extra-curricular activities, providing evening and weekend sports hall supervision, and leading trips and visits when required. The ideal candidate will have high standards, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Life Programme Manager in planning and delivering extra-curricular activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of students.
- Supervise sports halls during evenings and weekends, ensuring the safety and well-being of students.
- Plan and lead trips and visits, promoting student engagement and learning outside the classroom.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students, staff, and external partners. A strong commitment to education and youth development is essential, as is a passion for working with children and young people.
