We are looking for someone to join our dynamic team as an Administration Assistant, where your organisational skills and attention to detail will play a crucial role in our daily operations. Stand out in a fast-paced, varied environment, where your support is vital to our team's success.
The principle purpose of this role is to offer support and administrative assistance to the Head of HR People Services, managing their inbox and calendar, whilst undertaking a variety of general administrative tasks.
**It is essential that applicants meet the following criteria**:
- Proven experience of undertaking a range of clerical and administrative tasks in a hybrid environment
- Proven effective planning, organisational and co-ordinating skills with ability to prioritise workloads and manage several work streams simultaneously
- Competent written, oral, interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels, internally and externally
- Demonstrated competent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven ability to retain a professional confidential approach and build effective, positive working relationships at all levels
- Proven ability to work on own initiative whilst also being able to work effectively as part of a team
- Proven ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines ensuring attention to detail and delivery against plans
**It is desirable that applicants meet the following criteria**:
- Experience of working in a secretarial or similar role
- Experience of working in Human Resources and knowledge of HR procedures
- Ability to travel within Norfolk and Suffolk as required
Hours of work are 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on a permanent basis.

Pay: £24,921.00-£27,789.00 per year
