Job Title: Sales Development Representative - Business Growth Specialist

Location: UK, Ireland, or US

Salary: £27k basic salary (with OTE taking your total earnings up to £40k)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our team at Pareto. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer relationships and growing our business through new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Industry Knowledge: Obtain a thorough working knowledge of the industry, including the competitor landscape and customer needs.
  • Sales Analysis: Analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Customer Engagement: Regularly visit potential partners and customers in the field to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Lead Generation: Manage lead generation using a variety of channels, including social media and email marketing.
  • Mentorship: Support and benefit from the mentorship of senior members of the team as you grow with the business.

Requirements:

  • Education: Ideally educated to degree level.
  • Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence is a must.

  • Organisation and Time Management: Organisation and time management skills to manage multiple customer relationships and sales opportunities.
  • Willingness to Learn: A willingness to learn and develop new skills to stay ahead in the industry.
