Complaints Resolution Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Complaints Resolution Specialist to join our team at NHBC. As a Complaints Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that all issues are thoroughly investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a fair and impartial manner
- Communicate with customers to understand their concerns and provide clear explanations of our policies and procedures
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve complex complaints and ensure that all issues are thoroughly investigated
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure that all customers are treated with respect and dignity
- Maintain accurate records of all complaints and resolutions
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve customer satisfaction and reduce complaints
Requirements:
- Proven experience in complaint handling or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
