Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Complaints Resolution Specialist to join our team at NHBC. As a Complaints Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that all issues are thoroughly investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a fair and impartial manner
  • Communicate with customers to understand their concerns and provide clear explanations of our policies and procedures
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve complex complaints and ensure that all issues are thoroughly investigated
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that all customers are treated with respect and dignity
  • Maintain accurate records of all complaints and resolutions
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve customer satisfaction and reduce complaints
