Lolo, the newest restaurant from José Pizarro, is seeking a skilled Senior Waiter to join their team. As a key member of the hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other service staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Manage tables effectively, ensuring timely service and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Upsell and promote menu items, drinks, and other services to increase revenue and enhance the guest experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience as a waiter/tress in a similar operation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of wine, spirits, and other beverages is an asset.
