**Key Responsibilities:**

* Expedite dishes from the kitchen to the front of house with precision and attention to detail
* Ensure all equipment is polished and ready for service, and prepare coffee and tea to the highest standard
* Label and expedite special dishes to the right table, and notify the Senior Waiter and Head Waiter of any special requirements
* Complete morning opening mise-en-place and closing duties with efficiency and attention to detail
