About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Waiter to join our team at Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester. As a Senior Waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that every dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expedite dishes from the kitchen to the front of house designated area in a professional manner, paying attention to cleanliness and presentation.
  • Ensure that dishes with special requirements are expedited to the right table and thoroughly labelled.
  • Complete morning opening mise-en-place on time and closing duties, maintaining an extensive menu knowledge to ensure our guests receive the best experience.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
  • English as the primary language used in our hotel, with the ability to comfortably communicate in this language.
