We are seeking an exceptional Aftersales Advisor to deliver outstanding customer care and provide valuable advice on vehicle servicing.
As a key member of our team, you will be the vital link between our customers and the workshop, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service delivery.
Your key responsibilities will include informing and consulting with customers on vehicle servicing, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.
With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you will work closely with our technicians and workshop control to ensure vehicles are ready on time, and provide ongoing support to our customers throughout the service process.
