Adult Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Adult Care Support Specialist to join our team at Getting In Limited. As an Adult Care Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals living with dementia and other mental and physical health issues.
The estimated salary for this position is £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description:
- Support Individuals: Assist with daily tasks, food choices, serving drinks, and eating/drinking.
- Develop Customer Care Skills: Learn and develop an understanding of people living with dementia and other mental and physical health issues.
- Training and Development: Training includes Level 2 Adult care worker apprenticeship standard, Functional Skills in English and maths if required.
- Team Support: Receive support from the team, line manager, and apprenticeship provider.
