Older Adults Care Specialist

We are recruiting for a highly motivated and compassionate Older Adults Care Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team at the Avon & Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust.
About the RoleThis challenging and rewarding role involves working with older adults who have severe mental health problems. The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the planning, delivery and review of treatment and care.
Key Responsibilities- To contribute to the planning, delivery and review of treatment and care for older adults with severe mental health problems.
- To provide guidance and support to students and unregistered colleagues.
- To promote effective teamwork and collaborative practice.
- An understanding of the complexities of older adult mental health.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality care and support.
The estimated salary for this role is £28,804 - £35,919 per annum, depending on experience.
