About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at St Monica Trust. As a Resident Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents in a relaxing and homely environment.

Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality clinical care, including administering medicine, treating wounds, and advising on illnesses or injuries. You will also be responsible for making referrals to multi-disciplinary teams and preparing for GP visits.

About the Job

The successful candidate will hold a valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (Adult Level 1) and have experience working with older adults, those with disabilities, and/or dementia. A working knowledge of CQC regulations and essential standards of quality and safety is also essential.
