We are seeking a skilled Global Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our team in the UK, London. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing the global Affiliate and Influencer strategy for Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage the affiliates & influencer marketing budget and measure ROI's and KPI's across optimal levels of investment, new customer acquisition, and retention.

• Contribute to driving increased marketing efficiency through identifying cost re-investments on existing customers and non-incremental activity.

• Establish clear new customer acquisition driving initiatives to exceed growth targets.

• Manage promotion planning across key partnerships.

• Affiliate partner negotiations working at group level to secure the best commercial value.

• Provide in-depth performance reporting and channel analysis to key stakeholders.

• Recruit highly relevant influencer talent for LOOKFANTASTIC & Beauty Box.

• Build a close relationship with the trade, marketing, and buying teams to align on promotional requests and key focuses.

• Manage relationship with Awin and the account team.

• Collaboration with other digital channels to ensure optimal customer journey and create holistic digital strategy.

• Relevant experience across Affiliate and Influencer marketing channels.

• Knowledge of both current and emerging global platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Blogs, etc.

• Continued development through our upskilling programme that is delivered in partnership with an industry-leading training provider.
