Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Nursing Unit Director to join our team at Ravensdale care home in Leeds. As a senior-level professional, you will be responsible for managing a team of nursing and care colleagues, driving quality, and maintaining high standards of care on your unit.

With a thorough understanding of best practices in nursing care and excellent clinical and communication skills, you will provide strong leadership to our team and work closely with the Clinical Nurse Manager to achieve our goals. A good standard of digital skills and the ability to work confidently on your own initiative are essential for this role.

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of up to £36,465 per annum (full-time equivalent), plus excellent benefits and career development opportunities.
