We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join the Transformation Unit in a vital role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can provide exceptional administrative support to senior management.

The successful candidate will have outstanding communication, organisational, and administrative skills. They will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative services to the Nurse Director and Deputy Nurse Director, including managing their diaries and email inboxes, producing high-quality correspondence, and prioritising workload.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Nurse Director and Deputy Nurse Director.
  • Manage personal requirements of the Nurse Director and Deputy Nurse Director.
  • Prioritise and manage own workload in line with team priorities.
  • Produce high-standard correspondence.
  • Manage diaries and email inboxes of the Nurse Director and Deputy Nurse Director.

The ideal candidate will have 5 GCSEs at grade C/Level 4, including English Language at Grade C/Level 4 or above. Relevant secretarial experience, particularly in supporting senior managers, is essential. Fast and accurate typing skills, database management, and diary management are also required.
