Job Description:
Norfolk Park Medical Practice is seeking a skilled Reception and Administrative Assistant to join our friendly team. As a key member of our administration staff, you will provide essential support to our doctors and nurses, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:
* Handle patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and process prescriptions efficiently and accurately.
* Monitor waiting areas, ensuring a clean, tidy, and welcoming environment for patients.
* Update electronic and manual records, adhering to practice policies and procedures.
* Assist with opening and closing procedures, including alarm settings and premise monitoring.

Requirements:
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of our team.
* Proficiency in SystmOne clinical system.

Estimated Salary: £22,500 - £28,000 per year, based on your qualifications and experience.
