We're looking for a talented HR professional to join our team as a People and Culture Manager. This role will play a critical part in driving our company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective internal procedures.
  • Support recruitment and retention efforts.
  • Provide HR leadership to the business.
  • Manage processes across the full employee lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Minimum CIPD Level 5 qualification or HR degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management or a stand-alone HR role.
  • Strong HR generalist and administration skills with attention to detail.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Annual basic salary: £50,000 - £60,000 dependent on experience.
