Support Worker for Complex Needs

We're looking for a compassionate and resilient Support Worker to join our Homelessness & Complex Needs service in a dynamic role.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide support and guidance to customers with complex needs, helping them develop life skills and achieve their goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, their families, and external agencies to ensure a comprehensive support network.
• Work collaboratively with the team to promote independent living, social inclusion, and community engagement.
• Participate in assessments, planning, and review processes to ensure customers receive the best possible support.
Requirements
• Up to NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent in a relevant field, or significant experience in the social care sector.
• Ability to work with diverse populations, including those with complex needs, and demonstrate sensitivity and understanding.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
