About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Complex Care Assistant to join our team at Independent Community Care Management Limited.

Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skill base and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. You will have full training and clinical support to enhance your skills in areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.

You will work with individuals of all ages, in the community, and in their homes, providing high-quality care and support for those with complex needs such as spinal cord injury, muscular dystrophy, and acquired brain injuries.

As a Complex Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering personalized care plans, managing medication, and maintaining accurate records. Your ability to think critically and problem-solve will be essential in this role.

Requirements
  • No prior social care experience is necessary, but a strong desire to care for others is essential.
  • You should be resilient, willing to learn new skills, and able to work effectively as part of a close-knit team.
