St Christophers Fellowship is a leading charity that provides innovative services for children and young people across the UK and Isle of Man. Our commitment to safeguarding and supporting young people in need drives everything we do.

As a Care Support Professional, you will be part of a dedicated team that shares your passion for creating a brighter future for young people. We offer a competitive salary of £25,490 per annum (Days) or £27,352 per annum (Waking Nights), plus overtime and bank holiday pay.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you must have:
  • A minimum of one year's experience working in residential settings or semi-independent youth work.
  • Proven ability to work with young people with complex needs, including neurodiversity, sexual exploitation, and criminal exploitation.
  • A strong understanding of safeguarding regulations and procedures.
