Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Therapeutic Support Assistant to join our team in Kensington & Chelsea. As a Therapeutic Support Assistant, you will work closely with service users to develop and implement personalized therapeutic plans.

The ideal candidate will have at least an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent, and a minimum of 3 years' experience working in mental health or other specialist social care services. You will bring expertise in specialist areas such as dual diagnosis, substance misuse, hoarding, or therapeutic interventions.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is respectful, articulate, and sensitive in their style of communication, and is able to communicate effectively with people who are in mental distress, including those who may be acutely unwell.

The salary for this role is £28,538.40 per annum, and benefits include 25 days Annual Leave, pension schemes, staff discounts, healthcare, and career progression.
