Caregiver Support Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
About the Role:
- Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence.
- Assist clients with medication management and administration.
- Support clients with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
- Transport clients to appointments and activities using our minibus.
Requirements:
- D1 driver's license
- Ability to drive a 9-seater minibus
- Confident and able to handle physical demands of the role
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
