Compassionate Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Compassionate Support Specialist to join our team in Kensington and Chelsea. As a key member of our care team, you will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and preferences.
Your primary responsibilities will include providing companionship, accompanying clients to appointments, and assisting with daily tasks such as meal preparation and light housework.
In exchange for your dedication and hard work, you can expect a competitive hourly rate of £12.50, increasing to £13.25 upon completion of the Care Certificate. Additionally, you will enjoy paid holiday time, travel expenses, and access to our comprehensive training and development programs.
