We're looking for a highly skilled Complex Needs Support Worker to join our team at Look Ahead Care Support and Housing in Kensington and Chelsea.


This role is part of our Heaney Cluster service, which provides intensively supported housing for individuals with complex needs.


The successful candidate will work with customers to develop their life skills, promote social inclusion, and support them in achieving their goals.


Key responsibilities include:



  • Delivering all aspects of support to enable customers to develop independent living skills
  • Supporting customers to maintain their tenancies and budget effectively
  • Assessing customers' practical and emotional needs to inform their support plan
  • Carrying out weekly health and safety checks and security duties
  • Monitoring CCTV and reporting any observations relating to customers' welfare

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in charity or social care, with a valid NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.
