Job Overview

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and targeting high-end hotels and events/conference center venues to establish new relationships and grow existing ones. This role requires a driven, ambitious, and target-focused individual with a growth mindset to join BMS Performance, a market-leading business in the flexible furniture sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new business opportunities in the hospitality sector
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the industry
  • Nurture and grow existing customer relationships to maximize sales potential
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • Proven track record in new business development and account management
  • Experience selling into the hospitality sector and current industry contacts
  • Motivated, driven, and tenacious with high energy levels and a big personality
  • Highly personable, organized, resilient, efficient, and intuitive

Benefits

  • Basic salary up to £42,500 with a huge, uncapped commission structure
