Job Title: Operations Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Executive to join our team at ARV Solutions Contracts. As a key member of our senior management team, you will play a pivotal role in driving company growth and ensuring the smooth operation of our internal structure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the senior management team to set goals and objectives that align with company growth strategies
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
  • Oversee the management of treatment centers across the UK, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with relevant legislation
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, driving innovation and excellence throughout the organization
  • Develop and manage budgets and schedules to ensure effective resource allocation
  • Ensure the implementation and maintenance of robust health and safety protocols, including the upkeep of H&S manuals

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the timber treatment industry, with a strong understanding of production facilities and health and safety regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to manage multiple sites across the UK, with a strong focus on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, including COSHH and IDD
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions
