Operations Executive Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Executive to join our team at ARV Solutions Contracts. As a key member of our senior management team, you will play a pivotal role in driving company growth and ensuring the smooth operation of our treatment centres across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the senior management team to set goals and objectives for company growth
  • Identify new opportunities for expansion and development within existing plants or new plants
  • Oversee the management of treatment centres across the UK, ensuring efficient working practices and timely delivery of results
  • Promote and champion a culture of continuous improvement, driving innovation and excellence throughout the organisation
  • Prepare and manage budgets and schedules, ensuring effective resource allocation and maximising returns
  • Ensure the enforcement of safety protocols and the maintenance of up-to-date health and safety manuals
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in the timber treatment sector, with a strong understanding of production facilities and health and safety protocols
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels
  • Ability to manage multiple sites across the UK, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, including COSHH and IDD
  • Ability to travel to different plants as required
