**Job Title:** Activities & Wellbeing Assistant

**Location:** Harbour View, Whitehaven

We are seeking an energetic and caring individual to join our team as an Activities & Wellbeing Assistant. As a Magic Moment Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating and delivering a diverse range of activities that cater to the needs and interests of our residents.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess resident needs through meetings with them, team members, and family members.
  • Support the delivery of stimulation and exercise programs tailored to individual needs.
  • Build relationships with residents and families to gather life story information and develop personalized care plans.
  • Spend quality time with residents, care staff, and relatives to create engaging activities reflecting their interests and hobbies.
  • Develop community links with local groups and arrange trips and excursions for residents.
  • Support the roll-out of the Magic Moments initiative and encourage others to participate.
  • Evidence and track activity engagement via digital and written methods.

**Requirements:
