Claims Operations Leader – UK

Our UK Claims team operates on a hybrid model, providing the flexibility to work remotely or from a regional office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating the monthly operational governance process and generating pertinent outputs
  • Overseeing escalations, monitoring, and fulfilling actions from audit and assurance activities
  • Leading successful operational and business transformation initiatives as necessary
  • Collaborating with peers to execute company-wide initiatives
  • Assisting with change management and operational enhancements
  • Identifying and executing critical projects to boost operational efficiency
  • Managing key stakeholders and nurturing relationships with business partners
