Our UK Claims team operates on a hybrid model, providing the flexibility to work remotely or from a regional office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitating the monthly operational governance process and generating pertinent outputs
- Overseeing escalations, monitoring, and fulfilling actions from audit and assurance activities
- Leading successful operational and business transformation initiatives as necessary
- Collaborating with peers to execute company-wide initiatives
- Assisting with change management and operational enhancements
- Identifying and executing critical projects to boost operational efficiency
- Managing key stakeholders and nurturing relationships with business partners
