We are a forward-thinking insurance provider looking for a CX Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our CX department, you will play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction initiatives and leading the CX team.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will lead the CX team in managing specialist insurance complaints and spearhead Consumer Duty initiatives.
