Support Worker Specialist

Are you a compassionate and caring individual who is looking for a rewarding role as a Personal Assistant? We are seeking a team of dedicated professionals to support a young adult with complex needs in their daily life.
The successful candidates will live locally, be flexible, patient, and have a calm presence. They must also be enthusiastic and inspiring, bringing energy into the client's life. A high level of professionalism and integrity is required, promoting independence and respecting the client's family and home.
A job that requires flexibility, particularly during term time, when hours are needed on Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Non-term time hours require 8 hours per day from Monday to Friday. As this is a bank position, flexibility to cover shifts is essential. An in-depth training package will be delivered to support the team in understanding how to care for the client and meet their needs.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.45 and all necessary training is paid for.
