About the Role

Requirements

To be successful as a Relief Support Worker, you will need:
  • A passion for supporting individuals with autism and learning disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users, families, and colleagues.
  • Physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A full UK driver's license and willingness to use your own vehicle (expenses reimbursed).

Salary and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of £11.75 per hour, plus 12.07% holiday entitlement payment (£13.16 per hour), making it a total of £13.16 per hour.
